Nice lounge and garden
Bad service, poor management. No record of my reservation on arrival. Requests repeatedly ignored (more hangers, double bed, clean tumblers). Breakfast shockingly rationed and not refilled and chef couldn't fry an egg without burning it. Very noisy rooms largely due to coach parties, which seem to encompass most guests. Poor A/C

Extremely pleasant staff who were always willing to help/advise. We stayed in a Junior Suite which had plenty of space. The amenities were good, including a coffee maker with capsules. The buffet breakfast was very nice and quality of food was above average. Calm and pleasant setting for breakfast with good service.
The ony thing we didn't like was the ducet was very thick and was far too hot for the month of September. We turned The air conditioning to its coldest setting but it still wasn't sufficient to produce a good and restful sleep. On both nights we stayed we were overheated and didn't sleep well. I believe the management should have duvets for wont and duvets for summer months.

The pool was good and I had refreshing drinks in the lounge bar. Well-appointed and nicely furnished rooms with 2 bathrooms and very good service - just as I expected.

The restaurant was good with mouth watering food superbly presented, we ordered delicious dishes. And there was a great view to the beautiful garden.
We didn't have milk, were a little disappointed.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, had really comfortable stay.
Everything there was great and the staff were courteous and nice. There were a walk in closet, a writing desk, and dresser in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The breakfast was very good with warn bread, and all the food was great!

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast buffet was epic. Super location to sites and restaurants. Parking was made easier by valet. Good air conditioning.
Rooms were antiquated and needed some repair (bathroom).

The old-fashioned atmosphere
An evening jazz concert in the hotel garden, just outside our window. We hadn't been informed in advance about it. Fortunately, it ended before midnight.

Friendly and helpful stuff. Nice ambiance - a fireplace in the foyer, vintage elevator, beautiful room. Beds are big and comfortable. We also had a dinner in the restaurant, it's really high quality, but do not recommend for families with kids. The choice is better if you have the room service. Pets friendly. Close to the center of the city, easy to find.
The bathroom could be bigger, for corpulent people could be a real problem to use the toilet. High price for the parking near the hotel: 24 euro/night.

I loved the warm welcome with an offered coffee and cocktail, and the hotel is just a few steps from the beautiful Temple of Diana, making it perfect for a leisurely weekend stroll through the city's rich history.

This hotel has a good location near the ancient Roman temple - Maison Carree - and the public park, Jardin de la Fontaine. But the hotel is in an old building which has seen better days. The lift is a very old-fashioned model. We had a nice room on the second floor with a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel has wi-fi and it is free, but the quality is not high. The signal is not strong and the speed is not high. The network is unstable. Sometimes we would be disconnected, even though we were still in the room. The hotel needs to upgrade its wi-fi system.

Excellent location. The bedding was good and we slept well. Charming old building. Nice staff.
This charming hotel is in need of repairs and better maintenance in order to maintain its appeal and value. Our bathroom and toilet were old and in so-so shape. Nightstands were shelves that barely hold in the wall. Entryway ceiling was damaged with visible holes. Carpet was old and stained. TV did not work.
